What the client needed
A new provider, fast - but the organiser was rightly cautious about bringing in someone unfamiliar at short notice. They needed real confidence in the plan, not a sales pitch.
What we did
- Long pre-event call walking through the site, attendance, demographics, and the proposed clinical team in detail.
- Tightened the medical plan against the organiser’s existing risk assessment so it dovetailed with their operations brief.
- Delivered the cover with the agreed team on the day.
What changed
- The organiser had a defensible plan to share with their venue and trustees.
- The event ran cleanly and the organiser pre-booked the following year.
But their team were very helpful and spent over an hour on the phone with me going through their plan and assessing our requirements.
